About This Product

This fee is ONLY for a custom design request.  The fee will place you in line for design time required to create or search for the specific request and be placed on the order queue list. No physical product will be made until design is approved by customer.

  • Design fee varies by complexity and/or required outside graphic designer.
    • $10 Basic Design Fee (can be listed as a general design for others)
    • $15 Semi-Custom Design Fee (can be listed as a custom option for others)
    • $25 Full Custom Exclusive Design Fee (no listing, only owned by you)
    • $35 Outside Graphic Designer Fee (contracting a graphic designer outside of KJD)
  • Two edits per design fee, additional edits will be $3 each and added on final invoice.  Please be very specific with initial request to avoid additional edit fees. 
  • Discount given for multiple designs.
  • Fee is non-refundable.

NOTE: If 4 or more items of the same design are ordered, the fee will be fully credited to your order. Discounts available for bulk (12 or more), school and non-profit organizations.

Once approved by email or FB messenger, please enter in custom note your request with details i.e. front only, front and back, sleeves etc. You may upload a png, jpeg, pdf file or screenshot when requesting. 

➡️ IMPORTANT: Custom orders are on a case by case basis and limited per month depending on orders already in process and holidays. TAT for digital proof is up to 7-21 business days depending on complexity of design and peak season.
