Refund policy

IMPORTANT: Each item is made to order. Process turnaround time begins the following day your order is confirmed paid. If there is a defect with your item, please let me know and I will be glad to replace. See below for more details.

SALES & RETURNS:

⭐️ Processing time is between 7-14 Business Days prior to shipping, not including holiday and weekends.  
⭐️ If shipping, as soon as your item(s) are in possession of the delivery carrier, Kari Janise Designs, LLC is no longer responsible.
⭐️ If package gets lost, stolen, or delivered to wrong address, Kari Janise Designs, LLC is not responsible.
⭐️ You the buyer are responsible for ordering the correct amount of items as well as the correct type, size and color. Please verify prior to placing your order that all sizes and styles are correct. 

⭐️ Clothing color may have a slightly different color than pictured due to lighting and/or computer monitor settings. Choice of apparel brands may differ slightly than what is pictured in the mock up product listing.

Custom Orders: Please email karijanisedesigns@gmail.com for any custom order questions. Custom orders will be approved on a case by case basis depending on season and work orders already in progress. Custom orders will have a longer turnaround time, depending on design and quantity. Additional fees may apply. 

Defective items:
Please inspect your order upon pickup/delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and correct it.  Email karijanisedesigns@gmail.com with details and photos of items claimed as defective. Any notifications after 5 days will not be guaranteed to be replaced. Please ensure you follow all care instructions for each product listed.  Kari Janise Designs, LLC will not be responsible for any defects if evidence of care instructions were not followed.  

Exchanges: No exchanges allowed due to the nature of all items being made to order. All sales final. Store credit may be issued in the event of an item defect. 

Refunds: No refunds or cancellations allowed. All sales final. A store credit may be approved for special case by case circumstances.
